Resource Tuner enables you to customize your favorite programs by modifying the executable file resources. You can add your personal touch by tweaking the text, icons, pictures, buttons, and colors. It also marks the application as XP-enabled, blessing it instantly with the XP look. In addition, the program lets you browse through all of the resources (icons, bitmaps, jpeg, png, cursors, etc) that are contained in the file, and also extract selected or all resources to file. Resource Tuner makes it straightforward to translate any application, even if you do not have the source code for it. Simply replace all text resources with their translated versions, and resize forms, buttons, etc. to fit the translated text as needed. |
