ProductNet is a database software used to manage all the product of your company. It generates catalogue, leaflet, pamphlet, product detail sheet, booklet and brochure into a single file. It may be sent through email or burn to CD Rom. Unlike other catalogue software, the graphical catalogue generate by ProductNet can't be changed or altered by recipients.
Sales modules used to issue pro forma, official invoice, monthly sales report and cost Vs sales analysis. Also maintain purchase cost and selling price, which is used to find out the cheapest product cost and most generous customer, hence benefit sales and profit margin.
Packing modules suitable for pre-pack, store pack, assorted pack, mixed article, color and size packing. Able to crop with 12 sizes, EAN No, Barcode No. automatically calculate CBM, carton number, G.W., N.W.
Multi languages with Chinese / English Bilingual interface and reports, more applicable for multi-national companies with business association with China.
Remote Access ProductNet Database over internet, able to view record details from overseas. (with user's own Window XP or Server) Workgroup and multi-user functionality - Multiple user access to the database at the same time. User right limitation restrict junior staff reading sensitive figures and report.
