Getting Started: 1) Determine which browser you'd like to add our toolbar to, we support both Microsoft Internet Explorer and FireFox Download for Internet Explorer Download for FireFox 2) Follow the directions below for your browser Internet Explorer Install Instructions 1) Download the Internet Explorer zip from the link above 2) Extract the contents of the zip file 3) Double click on the .exe installer 4) Choose your destination folder (the default is usually ok) Firefox Install Instructions 1) Download the FireFox zip from the link above 2) Extract the contents of the zip file 3) open Firefox, and drag the .xpi installer file into Firefox's main content area 4) Press "Install Now", and then press "Restart Firefox" Instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer Uninstall Instructions 1) In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, choose Manage Add-ons 2) From the list of add-ons, choose "SNAPforSeniors Toolbar" 3) Choose "disable" and hit "OK" 4) restart Internet Explorer Firefox Uninstall instructions 1) In Firefox, from the Tools menu, select "Add-ons" 2) Choose SNAPforSeniors Toolbar from the list of add-ons and press "Uninstall" 3) Restart Firefox for the changes to take effect We welcome your feedback.
